When I joined, we were four people; today, we are over 20. I have gone through 4 roles to get to my manager position now.

In my case, having a highly trained team and being able to exchange ideas honestly have been vital to growing and achieving the goals I set for myself.

My essence remains the same, but I have changed my way of working and communicating. If I had to define the organization's impact on me in one word, it would be learning.

"I entered for a position in one country; now, my role has global scope. At E'kabel, every challenge is exciting, and I have developed the self-confidence to surpass expectations."

The beginning of my story with E'kabel was in the interview. I went through an assessment center where I faced difficult tests and activities. But I liked that standards were high, so I knew this was the place for me.

I joined in 2017 as a Sales Associate for one country and now have a global role. My most valuable learning is understanding that whatever area I work in, I must deepen my knowledge, and the company will boost my growth.

I enjoy working in an environment that makes me challenge myself every day.
