Requiring experience from potential employees is valid, but what happens when it’s your first job?

At E’kabel we believe in first opportunities and in the contributions that recent graduates have to offer to organizations.

With this idea in mind, Ekabel’s ‘First Job Trainee Program’, an initiative created for outstanding young job-seekers, provides comprehensive work experience that sets a positive tone for their future employment.

Juan Bárcenas, a recent Engineering graduate is a pioneer as the first representative in this program while working for E’kabel in Venezuela. Juan, for several months, was assisting in several key departments of the organization, from Commercial Sales to Supply Chain, in order to obtain a holistic view of the company and to make contributions in important areas of the business.

“It really was a very enriching experience. I was able to learn the global functions of the organization to promote better symbiosis between different areas and identify possible solutions,” said Juan.
